Katie woke up this morning slightly congested. While this would be a very minor
nuisance for most of us, this is a serious problem to a thumb sucker. She was crying and begging for medicine when she told me, "Mommy, my nose is sniffing me!" Poor thing!

I'm sorry that she isn't feeling well. Both Lafe and Joseph are sick with colds. Lafe is taking an antibiotic because his actually turned into a sinus infection. Joseph hasn't been sleeping well through the night because he also sucks his thumb. It's so sad when they try so hard to suck on their thumbs and they get so frustrated.
